Availability: All products are subject to availability. If a fabric is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
4. Orders and Payment
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order.
Pricing: Prices listed on the website are in INR and are exclusive of shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Payment: Payments must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. We accept payments only Cash On Delivery (COD).
Taxes: Taxes applicable to your order will be added to the total at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We ship across India and aim to deliver your fabrics within the specified time frame. Delivery times and charges will vary based on your location, order size, and shipping method selected.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and location of your order. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
6. Return and Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to certain conditions.
Non-returnable Items: Custom fabrics, special orders, or any item marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
