Thank you for shopping at Stitch Studio. We take pride in offering premium men’s fabrics and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help with our return and refund process, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Fabric has not been cut, altered, or stitched

Returns are not accepted for:

• Fabrics that are cut as per your custom length/order

• Products bought during sale or with discount codes

• Minor color variation due to screen/display differences

• Products showing signs of wear or misuse

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info.stitchstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Clear pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

   • Reason for return

3. Wait for our team to review your request and approve the return

4. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back

Please do not send the item back without approval.

3. Return Shipping

• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we will cover the return shipping cost

• For other returns (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping

We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will:

• Notify you of the receipt and inspection status

• If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

We offer exchanges for:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect product shipped

• Wrong length or quantity (if it’s our error)
