  • Processing Time: Our team strives to process your order within 2-3 business days. Please note that custom fabric orders or special requests might require additional time for processing.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: For most locations, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: Opt for express shipping at checkout to receive your order in 2-3 business days. Available for select cities.

  • Remote Area Delivery: For deliveries to remote locations, delivery times may be slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

10. Return & Exchange Policy

At Stitch Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your fabric, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the fabric is unused and in its original condition.

  • Custom Fabrics: Unfortunately, custom-made fabrics or specially cut items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

11. Order Cancellations
